Step 1
Register your interest
Call us on (028) 91479393, email us or visit our office on High Street and meet with a property consultant to register your interest and discuss your property rental requirements. We have an extensive portfolio of properties available to rent and we are confident that we will be able to find you your ideal property.
Step 2Finding the right property
Your property consultant will put together a selection of properties that match your requirements. We will also keep in touch via email and SMS alerts when new properties, that we feel that you may be interested in, become available.
Step 3Rent confidently by choosing a Pinkerton Murray managed property
Choose to rent a managed property and benefit from an increased level of confidence throughout your tenancy. You will enjoy the services of a Pinkerton Murray Property Manager who will look after any day-to-day issues that may arise. We will also ensure that the property is fully compliant with all safety regulations. (eg Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Furniture and Furnishings Acts)
Step 4Successful viewings
We recommend an early viewing when we find a property that meets your requirements. We will arrange viewings at times to suit you including weekends and evenings.
Our High Street office is open Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and 10am-12pm Saturday and our Bloomfield Shopping Centre branch is open 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm-5pm Sunday.
Step 5Making an application for tenancy
When we have found a suitable rental property for you, you will be asked to complete an Application for Tenancy. At this time you should indicate if you have any special conditions involving your offer and provide details of references. Pinkerton Murray will then liaise with the landlord on your behalf.
Step 6Offer agreed
Once the landlord has accepted your offer we will:
- Collate references from your referees
- Arrange signing of the tenancy agreement
- Collect your moving-in payment (rent plus deposit)
- Set up Direct Debit Mandate for monthly rent collection
Step 7Completion
At completion stage you will be given the keys to your rental property. If you have decided to rent a managed property, then we will provide you with the contact details for your Property Manager who you should use as a main point of contact. If your landlord has opted to manage the property themselves we will give you their contact details instead.
