Yes, its that time of year again when the best in the business are short listed for the most prestigious awards in the property industry – The UK Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards and once again Pinkerton Murray have been named, though this time we have been short listed in the category of Best Estate Agent in Northern Ireland as well as the category of Best Letting Agent in the province, the title we have held for the past two years.
Managing Director Victoria Pinkerton, explained "Quality industry awards are important, not only do they recognise the hard work and effort that our staff put into their jobs and the quality customer service they deliver, but it is a clear endorsement to any potential customer that Pinkerton Murray are serious about delivering high standards of service in a business that often receives negative press".
Victoria Pinkerton goes on to say "We are particularly pleased that this year we have not only been short listed for the Best Letting Agent Award but that we have been short listed for Best Estate Agent in Northern Ireland too”.
The count down is now on as the awards lunch will be held in the five star Marriott Hotel on Grosvenor Square in Mayfair London on the 15th April where the host will be the well known TV property guru, Phil Spencer.
