Managing Director David Law said “of the ninety homes we sold in 2009, sixty were sold via the Smartmove scheme. After all, how many people have a £50,000 deposit lying around. Our Smartmove scheme has made buying a home possible for many.” Advisors from the Mortgage Shop have calculated that in addition to the small deposit needed, the typical monthly payments with the Smartmove scheme are on average 47% cheaper than other mortgage funding.
