Homebuyers can also discover a unique 'Smart Move' scheme launched by the Developers in which WJ Law pay a 25% mortgage deposit for clients on any of their new homes. Buyers own their homes outright and the 25% is repayable at market value when you sell the house, or else within 10 years, whichever comes first. This scheme enables the purchasers to arrange for a much lower mortgage resulting in lighter monthly repayments.
