Homebuyer Event

Pinkerton Murray

Are you a First Time Buyer or a thinking of moving home? Maybe you’re confused about Co-ownership and other purchase schemes? Do you need independent mortgage advice or are you thinking of selling your home? Are you a landlord looking for tenants?

Pinkerton Murray would like to help you whatever your circumstances and we warmly invite you and your family or friends to a Homebuyers Event on Thursday 20th May 2010. Please feel free to pop in anytime between 5pm-8pm, in the Good Templar Hall, Hamilton Road, Bangor (Next to Northern Bank). This is an unmissable opportunity to meet a range of experts under one roof:

Mortgage and Property Specialists

Professionals from Co-Ownership and Local Solicitors

Property Developers and Local Businesses (who will be offering incentives on the night).

Mortgage professionals from Mortgage IQ, one of Northern Irelands leading mortgage brokers, will be there to offer free and independent help and advice. Many people have the perception that banks are not lending, however the number of mortgage products available has increased since this time last year. Their advisors have the knowledge and expertise of the whole of the market and will look after everything from start to finish.

Representatives of WJ Law, Northlands and Donnans Developments will also be there. WJ Law will provide information on their developments, including their local sites Avonmore Court & Rossdowan Court. Northlands Developments sites include Stonebridge Village , River Hill  and Bridgelea Developments and Donnan & Sons will provide information on their Tides II development. Advice will be available on the unique schemes launched by the developers in which they pay 25% mortgage deposit for clients on any of their new homes. The scheme has proved hugely popular and has helped these developers achieve huge sales since its launch.

Bank of Ireland will also provide information on their ‘First Start Mortgage’, which only requires a 5% deposit! If you hope to own your own home but can't quite afford it, Co-Ownership may help you onto the home ownership ladder. Co-Ownership has been running very successfully since 1978 and has helped more than 20,500 households to purchase the homes of their choice through shared ownership. Find out more about current criteria and quota allocation.

So, if you are planning to purchase a house, whether a first time buyer, an experienced mover or as a landlord, this is a marvellous opportunity and we look forward to seeing you there! If you can’t make but would like to speak to one of our friendly team please call us on (028)91 479393 anytime.
