Pinkerton Murray are pleased to report that on Friday 18th December 2009 we handed over the keys to the first resident of WJ Law’s newest development Avonmore Court at the Cotton, Donaghadee.
Barbara and her daughter reserved their stunning Chambers Cottage home nearly a year ago which has been finished in hand made brick with the builders paying the finest attention to every detail.
The Chambers Cottage is only one of four detached homes on Avonmore Court which was highly sought after and was one of the first sites booked. From booking Barbara and Jasmine chose every aspect of the interior of their new home, as each property on Avonmore affords the purchaser the opportunity to put their own stamp on their new home by offering very generous PC allowances.
Following on from this handover will be homes further into the development namely the Estate Cottages, though as these will be in 2010 they will not be in time for a visit from Santa Claus and Rudolf!
