The Lord Mayor of North Down, Councillor James McKerrow joined local business people at Pinkerton Murray HQ on High Street on Thursday 9th February 2012 for a charity coffee morning to raise money for the Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke Association.
All Pinkerton Murray staff were in attendance on the morning and welcomed guests with a variety of beverages and treats.
Guests were also able to have their blood pressure checked by qualified nurse Jessica Perry on behalf of the Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke Association and were provided with information on healthy living.
Several donations were very kindly received from guests, including a generous donation from Northland Developments.
Special thanks have to be extended to Johnsons Coffee who donated the coffee and supplies for the morning as well as everyone from NI Chest Heart & Stroke Association for their help with the event.
This was the first coffee morning held by Pinkerton Murray, and given the great turnout and raising an impressive £204.30 in total, similar events are likely to held in the near future.
