Victoria Pinkerton

Managing Director

Inspired by her genuine passion for property, Victoria has been actively involved in all aspects of the property industry since graduating from The University of Ulster with honours.

In 2006, keen to make a difference, Victoria set about creating the Pinkerton Murray brand. Since then, she hasn't looked back. The company has attracted a seriously talented group of individuals who form the Pinkerton Murray team, all of whom have one thing in common: delighting their customers.

Victoria's founding commitment to putting the customer first remains the keystone of Pinkerton Murray's ethos, and has lead to Pinkerton Murray being awarded the titles of Northern Ireland's Estate Agency of The Year and Northern Ireland's Best Letting Agent several times.

Jonathan Dickson

Sales Manager & Senior Valuer

As a business graduate, Jonathan started his estate agency career in 1999. From this time Jonathan has held senior positions within the industry and has achieved wide recognition from his peers due to his honest and professional approach.

In his role as Sales Manager and Senior Valuer at Pinkerton Murray, he is responsible for the management of many high profile and exclusive developments in the North Down area.

Richard Johnson

Lettings Manager & Valuer

After completing his education at The Royal Belfast Academical Institution and time traveling in South Africa and Australia, Richard joined the Pinkerton Murray team in 2007.

Richard oversees the smooth running of the extensive rental department at Pinkerton Murray and under his management and professional expertise, Pinkerton Murray has achieved the prestigious title of Northern Ireland's Best Letting Agent for the last four consecutive years.

Lindsay Anderson

Property Manager

Having graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Estate Management from the University of Ulster as well as obtaining her RICS qualifications, Lindsay has the essential skills needed for her role as Property Manager at Pinkerton Murray.

Lindsay has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property industry gained working for seven years with McConnell Chartered Surveyors following her apprenticeship at the Whelan Partnership.

With over 450 properties under her control, Lindsay's hardworking and dedicated nature allows her to effectively and efficiently manage a large team of support staff, ensuring that every property within the Pinkerton Murray Management Portfolio receives the high level of attention it deserves.

Jeffrey Millar-Wilson

B.Sc. (Hons), M.R.I.C.S., D.E.A.

Senior Surveyor

As a corporate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as a Domestic Energy Assessor Jeffrey is responsible for the completion of all of the professional surveys, valuations and EPCs at Pinkerton Murray.

His career in property began in 1993, with one of Belfast's leading commercial surveying firms McCombe Pierce & Partners, where he specialised in property management, acquisition and disposal, after graduating from the University of Ulster with a degree in Estate Management.

As one of the most highly regarded surveyors in Northern Ireland, Jeffrey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, which he has gained over the last two decades, to Pinkerton Murray.

Erin Johnston

Sales Negotiator

After graduating from The Queen's University of Belfast and a year studying in America, Erin started her estate agency career in 2006. An accomplished sales person, Erin joined the team at Pinkerton Murray in early 2009.� Since then, she has become a key player within the successful and motivated sales team, working successfully on behalf of variety of clients ranging from large property developers to first time buyers.

Erin continually receives thank you cards and presents for her endeavors and successes, particularly with her fantastic work in getting sales through to completion.

After years of working in Estate Agency and a year travelling the Far East and Asia, Victoria joined the team in 2008. With excellent organisational skills and her approachable personality Victoria is responsible for the lettings administration and negotiatons within Pinkerton Murray.

Laura Speers

Lettings Negotiator

Joining the Pinkerton Murray team in 2012, Laura has excellent organisational skills with a strong background in customer service gained from several years working in prestigious companies such as The Agnew Group and The Hasting Hotel Group.�

Meticulous and efficient Laura is a key member of the Pinkerton Murray lettings department.

Scott Walker

Property Consultant

Scott joined Pinkerton Murray in 2011 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, both in terms of the property sector and local experience.

Scott first joined the property industry in 2006 and has been working within the estate agency environment in Bangor since this time. Scott puts his very personable approach, knowledge and experience to good effect as the major part of his time is meeting potential buyers and tenants and undertaking viewings.
